Position Summary
Appointment setters coordinate and manage appointment scheduling for vhli clients, which include healthcare and dental professionals. The role involves handling inquiries, confirming appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and maintaining detailed records, all while providing an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments for healthcare providers
- Respond to inquiries about appointment availability and processes.
- Update client and patient contact details in the scheduling system.
- Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed, ensuring timely communication with all parties.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and weekly appointment logs for supervisor review.
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of scheduling tools and crm systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in microsoft office or equivalent productivity tools.
