Position Summary
Providing Senior Executives with high-level assistant support. Professional self-starter equipped with superior administrative knowledge and capabilities working under minimal supervision or in a virtual collaborative environment, while maintaining confidentiality and privacy within the healthcare landscape.

Responsibilities

  • High-level calendar management of meetings, appointments, events and tasks to align with priorities, flagging conflicts to ensure timely adjustments.
  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings, managing technology platforms, documentation readiness and minute-taking
  • Assist with technical support to clients on virtual platforms as appropriate
  • Travel coordination and expense reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Create and compile reports, charts and presentation materials.
  • Research on behalf of Executive(s)
  • Manage and update contact lists, communication and filing records within platforms
  • Event(s) planning and execution

Skills Required

Education Requirements
