Position Summary
Schedulers provide administrative support to the providers delivering care to clients in the specified regions. Assist clinics, physician offices and practices in scheduling of clinical appointments with patients and family members.
Responsibilities
- Review schedules, book and manage client appointments ensuring optimal utilization efficiency of scheduling services
- Customer service support. Review and track communications in a variety of channels (emails, Phone, ZenDesk, Etc.)
- Manage ongoing scheduling needs due to changes in family or staff availabilities to provide highest quality care
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy in all interactions
- Create and manage reports as required
- Administrative and/or operational duties as assigned
Skills Required
- Experience/knowledge or interest in behavioural health, pediatrics, autism or other
- Intermediate computer skills
- Organized and multi-tasker
- Excellent communication skills

Educational Requirements
- Post-secondary diploma/degree, certificate(s) in related field
- Previous relevant work experience
